    Deborah Lehman, MD, is Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles. She serves as the Associate Vice Chair for Education in the department of pediatrics, where she oversees both the third-year clerkship and the fourth-year electives in the department. She also serves as an assistant dean for student affairs at the DGSOM and oversees the pediatric subspecialty fellowship training programs at UCLA. She is the recipient of several teaching awards and has created a popular pediatric infectious diseases curriculum for rotating medical students and residents. Her special interests include congenital infections and medical education. Dr. Lehman joined the board of Journal Watch Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine in 2013.
