I would like to thank all of you for this remarkable discussion about this controversial subject as the use of corticoids in refractory shock and severe sepsis. I could see that a lot of community members NEJM 360 enjoyed this discussion ( lot of seeings) and I am pretty sure that all of us had learned a lot .
I was sorry because there are not so many questions posted by external public and I encourage people for the next time to participate and enjoy this kind of awesome opportunities for expanding our knowledge. I realize that it could be a little intimidating, but the only way for learning, it is not having afraid of making mistakes. Thanks in advance, for all your time and advices
