Many residents and students are not exposed to bronchoscopy until rotating through the ICU. While it can be an incredibly valuable tool to aid in diagnosis and treatment, I think it can be challenging for learners to begin to incorporate it into their plans for patient care since we do not often encounter it on other rotations. What are some situations in which you have found bronchoscopy to be particularly valuable?
