Question special

The data for treatment response is convincing. However, Table S8 shows that 34 patients (20.9%) in the treatment arm failed to respond to angiotensin as defined by a MAP <75 mm HG or a failure to achieve an increase by 10 mm Hg. What are the authors' thoughts on why close to 1 out of 5 patients did not respond to this physiologically-based treatment mechanism? Thanks!
