I would like to thank the authors for their important contribution to the literature for women with Type 1 diabetes and pregnancy. Over the past 10 days, I think we have highlighted the benefits of CGM for T1DM women, regardless of insulin delivery method. The more consistent use of CGM may be the next big advance in decreasing neonatal morbidities such as fetal overgrowth, hypoglycemia and extended NICU stays. I would also like to thank all of our participants for their contributions to the discussion. As lead moderator, I enjoyed the discussion and look forward to more studies advancing the care of diabetic women in pregnancy. Thank you again. Celeste Durnwald
