Question normal

Welcome everyone to our discussion on how to best take advantage of the expertise of the health care providers all around us! As a resident on the inpatient medical ward, I can't count how many times I've relied on a pharmacist to double check my medication orders or how often I relied on a respiratory therapist to make sure the mechanically ventilation is appropriate for the intubated patients. I'd like to start by inviting our panelists to share some anecdotes or tips of how they've used or relied on the expertise of non-physicians to help take better care of patients!
