There’s so many devices and programs available these days, it can be challenging to find the right balance between phone and tablet apps that add value to your life without becoming overwhelming or burdensome. Any tips to deal with the information overload that can come from all of this technology? On the other side of things, any favorite apps that you have found to be useful for diet or exercise, finances, connecting with friends/family, sleep, etc.?
