You have now spent 4+ years in medical school and 8+ in higher education. You've certainly studied and learned a ton! In the few months prior to residency, how do you extract the most value from that time? Is additional learning a valuable use of that time to prepare students for residency? Is that time best spent taking opportunities for wellness and life-balance -- habits that will be critical to resident and post-residency career satisfaction and longevity? Or perhaps both?
