In the business world, many organizations are using gender salary equity as a bargaining chip and have developed robust mentoring programs for women. For example, publishes an annual list of 'Best Places to Work', which does include some healthcare organizations. I'm curious if any of you work at these institutions (University of Wisconsin, Northwestern) and if you think the rankings reflect reality. Do think these type of rankings will gain traction in the coming years?
