I have a problem with searching and recognizing remarkable trials related to my patients. For instance, my attending staff asked me about choosing second anti-hyperglycemic therapy for diabetic patients. I searched in the internet, found an overwhelming number of clinical trials, and didn't know what to pick for answer. Later, the staff mentioned TECOS, LEADER, and ORIGIN trial to me. Thus, I wonder how can specialists get to find all the important clinical trials and recognize that it is something to be mentioned.
