There has been a lot of media attention on CDX2 since the publication of this paper (just enter "CDX2" into google.com/news to explore further!). How would you respond to a patient with stage II colon cancer who reads an article (such as nbcsandiego.com/news/local/Bio...) and asks you to test his or her tumor for CDX2 expression? What if the patient has stage III colon cancer? If the test is performed, how do you explain the results to the patient?
