We have discussed stereotypes and work life integration. I would like to turn our focus now to leadership. We have touched on sponsorship, mentoring, being all in at work or home. Let's shift our focus now on shattering the glass the ceiling and look first at why it still exists. Then let's ask what can we do to encourage more women to lean in and ask for the leadership positions. What do we need to do to ensure the women who will come after us will be successful leaders? How do we help women who want leadership positions successfully achieve them and excel in them?
