Many interns enter residency with their eyes on a specific fellowship specialty. Other interns are not interested in fellowship and would prefer to enter the job market. Applications and resumes for these may consist of recommendation letters, evaluations, grades, etc...

- Much like some medical students have a fellowship in mind prior to beginning medical school, should interns have a fellowship in mind?
- What are the important components to a strong fellowship/job application?
- How should Interns be preparing for their post-residency life?
