Thanks again to the authors for participating in this this journal club! I noticed that a nondiagnostic result was found in 103 in the CT group vs 5 in the ICA group, a result which was discussed to be similar to the previous trials. This trial included both level 2 and 3 certified radiologists reading the cardiac CT images. I was wondering if there were any differences between those radiologists in terms of the nondiagnostic results, if evaluated.
As a follow up or possibly lead-in to the above, is the level of training between level 2 and 3 significant enough to show different or more diagnostic results?
My reason for asking is that would appear like it may be clinically significant if patients received a non-diagnostic result which would likely then need to be followed up with further testing.
Thank you so much!
