It is interesting that there is overall risk reduction in the grouped primary outcome in both the intervention and post intervention period. However, when looking at the secondary outcomes, the are no significant or large differences in the number of MI or ACS events in the intensive treatment groups vs standard treatment groups. What in your opinion is happening here? Is this due to the small n? (re: Table 1 and Table 2 outcome comparison).
