My question is, how can this curriculum be effectively implemented without contributing to resident burnout (one paper estimates that up to 76% of internal medicine residents report experiencing burnout at least once during residency training)? A follow-up question is how can this curriculum be adapted for physicians in training in the surgical sub-specialties?
