It was really nice to see that this was a very detailed study with involvement of 23 countries in both the hemisphere. But the assumed incidence of 8% of RSV LRTI was from a previous study done in Native American infants and we do know that the rates of RSV infection is very varied throughout the world so was it judicious to extrapolate this figure to the world while doing your study calculations. Does it gives you accurate answers??
