Hi Can a treating physician working in covid19 ward act as an asymtomatic carrier to community and can risk even his own family members after returning from his duties. Is your hospital testing your asymtomatic physician frequently for covid 19 as they may be harbouring the virus without any symptoms or other way around they can spread the virus to others especially there family and colleagues till they become symptomatic. Should doctors isolate themselves from others including family till he is working in covid 19 ward? Even if he is wearing PPE ....although not perfect ppe which is problem throughout the world at present...
