I recently saw for the first time a 28-year-old patient with subclinical hypothyroidism, with positive anti-thyroid antibodies and glucose intolerance, complaining about abnormal uterine bleeding and infertility, so an AFC and AMH were taken. We had a lower for age AMH and AFC. Can we justify a karyotype and suspect a turner syndrome mosaic? Or an auto-immune disease affecting thyroid-pancreas and ovary? Which could be more frequent?
