Dr. Lascarrou and Dr. Cariou,
As you had mentioned in the paper, there have been previous studies that have shown no significant benefit with hypothermia for non-shockable cardiac arrest. I believe that you had attributed this difference in result from your study to possible unidentified confounding variables such as no-flow time and bystander resuscitation. What do you think needs to be done in future studies to control these variables to replicate your results? Do you have any plans for further studies or analyses at this time? Thank you.
