Question special

In cancer, there are lots of treatments which belong on such a list:
1. estrogen and androgen receptor blockers in breast and prostate cancer, respectively
2. Imatinib (Gleevec), vemurafenib or dabrafenib, erlotinib and other "targeted therapies" that block an overly active mutant kinase
3. Rituxumab that targets a precise protein on certain blood cells (both cancers and immunologic in inflammatory disorders)
4. HER-2 targeting drugs for cancers (breast, gastric) that have too much HER-2 protein on the surface.
In metabolic diseases, the enzyme replacement therapies to treat Gaucher's Disease are great examples. Even simple things like thyroid hormone replacement in hypothyroidism is "precision medicine" in my view.
