As a 2nd year resident, I attended a national conference and felt totally overwhelmed by the variety of workshops, topics, poster session and seminars. I felt like a freshman on the first day of college, but the college was over in 2 days. What's the best way to make the most of a conference if you are not exactly sure of your future path? Treat it like a buffet? Try to connect with people in the field? Get some sunshine?
