80 year old normoglycemic non hypertensive patient presented with a history of a sudden onset headache with vomiting and a hx of low grade fever clinical examination there were signs of meningismus the patient when arrived in the inpatient deptt was extremly agitated and irritable mri brain was done which showed a subarachoid subdural bleed with a venous hemorrhage
