A 66 year-old male patient, with a 3 months gradual development of vertigo, slight left hemiparesis, occasional mild fever (38°C).
Normal CSF analysis (2 times, including Mycobacterium tuberculosis PCR), normal blood white blood cells and chest x-ray.
