The quality improvement plan was designed keeping primary care providers in mind. You sent out a synopsis of the trial before deployment and also tried to improve communications with letters at patient discharge (including last procalcitonin result in the intervention arm). I am curious to know if you tracked the proportion of antibiotic-days attributable to primary care prescriptions and how effective your intervention was in this specific subgroup (e.g., how often did they receive the letter).
