Question special

I want to first join Emily in thanking all of the experts for sharing their time - we are both very much looking forward to moderating the conversation. There was an RCT published a few weeks ago (Ibrahim M et al. Gut 2018 May 5) highlighting an expanded role of endoscopically applied hemostatic powder for use in acute variceal bleeding. I'm curious what the current availability of this technology is in the U.S., if there is any sense of timeline to its widespread availability, and if cost is a limiting factor in its adoption.
