Question special

Good morning and welcome to day 3! We are off to a great start.

One unique aspect of the transition fourth-years are about to make is not only into an intern, but in many cases also a clinical educator. And we all remember what it was like to be a third year medical student - hoping your team was enthusiastic about transforming you into a valued member.

We are curious to know what advice our experts have on working with and, more importantly, guiding the third years who may rotate with us. For the interns specifically, does this role grow as you become more comfortable with your own responsibilities? For all, what techniques do you like to use to build a student’s confidence, fund of knowledge, and/or skillset?
