23andMe has been steadily adding genetic tests with FDA approval to its "Health + Ancestry Service," and the number of people seeking home genotyping is growing rapidly. Inevitably, physicians will be asked to guide patients in interpreting such results, but most physicians are not equipped to do so. Are there any realistic solutions to this dilemma? Adding even more requirements to medical school or residency curriculums may not be feasible or effective.
