Dr. Sobel graduated from The University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed her primary care internal medicine residency at The University of Wisconsin Hospitals & Clinics. She practices as a general internist at the Burlington Adult Primary Care Clinic and prior to becoming the associate program director and primary care program director she co-directed both the resident clinic and primary care track. She is involved locally with the teaching academy and regionally/nationally with SGIM. Her academic interests include resident education and mentoring, addiction medicine and population health. Outside of work she enjoys visiting independent books stores and farmers markets, doing yoga and spending time with her family and dog.
Dr. Eldakar-Hein graduated from Temple University School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine Residency, including a chief residency at Temple University. She also completed a Masters of Science in Bioethics at the Bioethics Institute at Albany Medical College. In addition to resident and medical student education and hospital medicine, she has a special interest in ethics training, reflections in medicine and resident wellness. Dr. Eldakar-Hein is a hospitalist attending, outpatient preceptor, hospital ethicist and has been Associate Program Director since 2014.
Dr. Berger is an Assistant Professor and Adult Primary Care Internal Medicine physician at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

Dr. Pasanen is the Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed his residency and chief residency at the University of Washington. He also serves as Chief for the Division of Hospital Medicine.
