Dr. Ostrovsky is a practicing physician and social entrepreneur who co-founded Care at Hand. He continues to lead Care at Hand’s executive management and strategic vision since its acquisition by Mindoula Health.
He has led teams at the World Health Organization, United States Senate, and San Francisco Health Department toward health system strengthening through technology. Andrey has contributed to legislation at the city and national level to advance care delivery for vulnerable populations. And he serves on several boards and committees dedicated to interoperability standards, quality improvement, and innovation including the National Quality Forum, Office of the National Coordinator (ONC), and the National Transitions of Care Coalition (NTOCC), among others. He is a published researcher in quality improvement, healthcare innovation, and care coordination.
Andrey holds a Medical Doctorate and undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Psychology Magna cum Laude, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Andrey completed his pediatrics residency training in the Boston Combined Residency Program at Boston Medical Center and Boston Children's Hospital where he was a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School. He is teaching faculty and attending physician at Children's National Medical Center.
YiDing Yu a practicing primary care physician, researcher, innovator, entrepreneur, and designer. She was Founder and CEO of Twiage and formerly Chief Innovation Engineer at Atrius Health. As a physician, YiDing is passionate about improving health care delivery to provide timely, high-quality, cost-effective care to her patients. She has received the President's Prize for Value-Based Healthcare at Partners Healthcare, the Martin P. Solomon Award for Primary Care at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, and the Massachusetts Medical Society Information Technology Award in recognition of her work in healthcare innovation. YiDing has been named a 40 Under 40 Healthcare Innovator, a 40 Under 40 Honoree by the Boston Business Journal, and Becker's Hospital Review Rising Star. Trained in economics and health policy at Harvard, YiDing has conducted research as a Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellow, published in medical journals, presented at national conferences, and was most recently recognized by the Johns Hopkins Diane Becker Research Award in Clinical Epidemiology. As a resident, YiDing founded Twiage, a HIPAA-compliant platform that seamlessly bridges communication between ambulances and hospitals to deliver more timely and cost-effective patient care at the most crucial moments. In her free time, YiDing designs and volunteers for philanthropic causes. She is a Board Member for Burma Border Projects, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing trauma counseling and mental health support for refugees and internally displaced persons in Burma.
Dr. Bahagon is a clinically active Family Physician, a serial entrepreneur and considered a Key Opinion Leader in the fields of e- health, m-Health & Tele-Care. Dr. Bahagon founded and managed Clalit Health Services (CHS) Digital Health division which led the nationwide transformation of the Israeli healthcare system on both the medical team and the patient levels. CHS is the second largest Health Maintenance Organization in the world, second only to Kaiser Permanente in States. Under Dr. Bahagon’s leadership, CHS Digital Health suite became a benchmark for nationwide Digital Health platforms, with millions of patients using it on a monthly basis, for tens of million interactions each month. CHS Digital Health suite has created a dramatic change at both patient and the healthcare system levels, with proven outcomes in clinical quality, as well as in efficiency, availability, accessibility and transparency of health care delivery. Dr. Bahagon founded and managed Luminox (acquired) – a leading Israeli Digital Health startup hub and a strategic digital health consulting firm that serves leading international pharma, healthcare providers and insurers, and giant tech companies. Following its acquisition, Dr. Bahagon had co-founded Qure – a $50M fund focusing on early stage digital health solutions. Additionally, Dr. Bahagon has also been a founding member of several successful digital health startups, among them – TytoCare, Medisafe, Sweetch and others. Dr. Bahagon serves as an advisory board member of Biocat's Digital Health Accelerator in Barcelona, Editorial Board Member of the UK eHealth Law & Policy Journal, and a mentor at Microsoft's Think- Next Accelerator and the brain-tech accelerator Brainnovation.
David is a psychiatrist in the Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean residency program. He is interested in combining the speed of entrepreneurship with the rigor of academia. During his time at Harvard Medical School and Harvard Business School, he worked for Fidelity Biosciences (a biotech venture capital), and founded and sold a medical education company. He is currently a co-founder of Valera Health, a funded mental health startup that leverages smartphone data, case management, and tele-psychiatry to optimize mental health delivery. Valera has signed multiple contracts and forged partnerships with renowned academic medical centers. David is passionate about making the practice of medicine less reactive, and more preventative.
David graduated from Harvard for college, medical school, and business school. He is a Gates Scholar, a Soros Fellow, and a member of the Academy of Achievement and the World Economic Forum Global Shapers.
