Allan Peetz, MD is a surgeon and bioethics researcher. He practices trauma surgery and critical care medicine at University Hospitals at Case Medical Center and is on faculty at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
Dr. Peetz received his medical degree from the University of Michigan. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Chicago and trauma surgery and critical care fellowships at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He also completed a fellowship in medical ethics at the Center for Bioethics at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Peetz’s clinical interests include trauma, acute care surgery and critical care. His research interests include clinical outcomes and surgical ethics in the setting of trauma.
