In the Wake of Orlando

In the wake of the horrible mass shooting in Orlando, the restriction on federal funding of gun violence has once again come into the spotlight. The federal government has been prohibited from funding research into gun violence since 1996, when the Dickey Amendment was passed.

Should this ban on federal funding into research on gun violence be lifted? Our panel of experts will discuss this topic over a ten day period.
