Dr Kate Dharmarajah is a senior paediatric trainee doctor in London, UK.
She qualified from The University of Bristol in 2009 with honours and has worked in London since, beginning UK paediatric training in 2011. She is passionate about providing the best healthcare possible for patients and ignoring traditional boundaries and barriers to care. She is creating a training programme focussing on Integrated child health and runs the UK's first integrated care programme for junior doctors called PICH. She also has a strong interest in postgraduate education and peer representation.
I am from Fredericksburg, VA and majored in Chemistry at Duke University. I worked as a research assistant at the Duke-NUS Medical School in Singapore and Duke School of Medicine in Durham before attending medical school at Virginia Tech Carilion in Roanoke, VA. I am now a first year Family Medicine Resident at Baylor College of Medicine.
