Galina Gheihman, MD is an preliminary intern in the Internal Medicine program at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Raised in Toronto, she attended the University of Toronto, where she majored in Neuroscience and Psychology. Arriving in Boston for medical school, she graduated from Harvard Medical School in 2019. She has wide research interests including health systems and health services research, quality improvement, knowledge translation, healthcare innovation, leadership and resilience, and medical education. Following her intern year, she will begin speciality training in the Partners Neurology Program at BWH-MGH, also in Boston, MA.
Aleesha Shaik is a first year Internal Medicine resident at Mount Sinai Hospital. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Drexe University College of Medicine. She completed a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy with a concentration in Health Communications at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, with a Bacherlor's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and French Literature.
