Starting on June 1, the New England Journal of Medicine will start accepting applications for three one-year, full-time, paid editorial fellowships. The fellowships begin in July 2020 and are based in Boston, Massachusetts. Editorial fellows participate in the day-to-day editorial activities of the Journal, including editorial meetings where publication decisions are made. Editorial fellows work closely with NEJM editors on a variety of content including Images in Clinical Medicine submissions, the Clinical Decisions series, Quick Takes and Visual Abstracts scripts, and other special projects. The fellows also manage NEJM Resident 360, which includes keeping Rotation Prep current, facilitating discussions, and producing the Curbside Consults podcasts. Join us in an open discussion with current and former NEJM editorial fellows who will answer questions and share details about their experiences. Applications for the 2020 fellowship are due by August 15, 2019.
