Dr. Bakhtawar Mirza is a recent graduate of Shifa College of Medicine in Islamabad, Pakistan. Having attended the prestigious institution after having been born and raised in the US, she has had ample experience with clinical medicine in many different settings. As a student, she excelled in modules involving the musculoskeletal system, and has thus begun to pursue a career in Orthopedics/Sports Medicine. Outside of her clinical pursuits, her interests include: working out, tennis, taekwondo, futsall, videogames, guitar, and cosplaying.
Meklit Hunde, MD, is an IMG who graduated from Mekelle University medical college in Ethiopia. She is currently working as a project manager at project IMG where she manages several team projects. She is also a founder and CEO of Aspiring Mentors program, which is a voluntary non-profit platform which provides free USMLE tutorial to medical students and graduates from all over the world.
Meklit has taken both step 1 and step 2 USMLE exams and currently on the path of US residency application. She has been working for the past 6 years in different roles as a medical director, clinician, anti-retro viral treatment focal person, lecturer, and clinical care coordinator.
Meklit has a passion to volunteer in different areas. She has been volunteering at a children's heart hospital since the age of 12 and after that she is an active member of the red cross and provides free medical services to patients residing in mental health institutes, orphanages, and elderly homes.
On her spare time Meklit enjoys photography and spending time with family.
Irene Lee earned her medical degree at National Taiwan University. After graduation, she started a Radiology residency at Far Eastern Memorial Hospital, New Taipei City, Taiwan.
