Many internal medicine residents choose to pursue further training by applying to subspecialty fellowships. Whether you are bound for cardiology, endocrinology, or rheumatology, you may be unsure how to best position yourself for your fellowship applications. With application deadlines fast approaching, Resident 360 is here to begin the conversation. We have invited experts — including fellowship directors from different specialties and geographical regions — to engage in a discussion about how you can be most successful in the fellowship application process. (Please note: For those of you who are not fellowship bound, we will be running discussions later this summer and fall on applying to jobs in primary care, hospital medicine, and alternative career paths.)
