Falen Fernandes is from Toronto, Canada. She received an Honours Bachelor of Sciences Degree at the University of Toronto, before crossing over the ocean to pursue her medical studies at the University of Limerick in Ireland. Falen is currently a Neurology resident at the Memorial University of Newfoundland in Canada.
Dr. Joshua Ronen was born and raised in San Jose, CA. He attended Santa Clara University where he majored in Biology with an emphasis in Biomedical Sciences as well as Public Health Sciences. He is recent graduate of Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM) at which he attained the degree of Doctor of Medicine (M.D.). Dr. Ronen plans on pursuing a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine. Additionally, he hopes to continue involvement as a resident via clinical and leadership opportunities with the American College of Physicians, teaching, and mentorship of medical and pre-medical students. These are also things he wants to integrate into his future career as an academic clinician.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ronen enjoys watching and playing sports, listening to music, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr Flanagan is a 1st year Pediatric Pulmonology fellow at Boston Children's hospital, after completing a two year General Pediatric Residency at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She previously completed her Basic Specialist Training (BST) and Higher Specialist Training (HST) in Pediatrics in Ireland after completing her medical degree in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
