    Aditi Mallick is an attending physician and clinical faculty member at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and serves as an advising medical officer in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  She earned her medical degree at Stanford University and completed her internal medicine residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital.

     

  • Dr. Ailis Tweed-Kent is an up-and-coming entrepreneur and leader in the development of innovative medical technologies. With her education in medicine at Harvard Medical School (HMS) and residency in internal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Ailis has first hand knowledge of the burden of disease. In 2013, Ailis was inspired by her patients to found Cocoon to develop innovative silk therapeutics for osteoarthritis. Prior to Cocoon, she worked on the design, development, and delivery of diagnostic technologies for global health collaborating with organizations such as PEPFAR/Office of U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and the Global Health Delivery Project.

    Director of Quality and Safety for Hospital Medicine, Massachusetts General Hospital

    David currently serves as the Director of Quality and Patient Safety for Hospital Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital.  The Hospital Medicine service at MGH consists of 85 providers who collectively care for an average of 140-160 patients daily across the teaching and non-teaching services.  As Director, David leads the development and execution of a comprehensive quality and safety strategy for the Division focused on enhancing transparency and visibility, including creating development tracks for hospitalists interested in careers in QI.

    Prior to his current role, he graduated with an economics degree from Wesleyan University, attended medical school at Tufts University and completed an MD, MBA dual degree, trained in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for residency, finished an MPH degree from the Harvard School of Public Health and trained as a Harvard Medical School Fellow in Patient Safety and Quality.

    David aspires to grow a career in hospital administrative leadership, where he feels most energized helping to redesign complex care systems with the goal of maximizing quality and value and minimizing costs.

    Julien is a Nephrologist, a versatile clinician-entrepreneur, and a global nomad. He received his BS in Biology then his MD at the University of Washington, in Seattle. He then completed a residency in combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Illinois in Chicago, where he was also chief resident. He then pursued a Nephrology fellowship at the joint Harvard program where he did translational research at the Massachusetts General Hospital before joining the faculty at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. As a clinician-entrepreneur, Julien founded RHINNO, a skunkworks lab at BWH and was in the core team that launched BWH's iHub. He now serves on the Massachusetts Medical Society Committee on Information Technology, and the Committee on Young Physicians. 

    Julien met his RubiconMD co-founders as he was mentoring a MIT H@cking Medicine event in March 2013. As a Chief Medical Officer, Julien is growing and managing the nationwide network of specialists and helping curate unique data and helping deploy the RubiconMD service in now 28 states, and with some of the most innovative clinical organizations in the country. 

  • Born in New York, Michael grew up in Trumbull, Connecticut. He attended the University of Michigan for undergrad and went on to the University of Connecticut for medical school. After completing his residency in internal medicine at the University of Chicago Hospital in 2002, he left clinical medicine to pursue a career in medical education.

    He is the President and Co-Founder of MDea, a creative medical education company in NYC, and TheDoctorsChannel.com, known as the “educational YouTube for doctors.”  Michael serves as a Managing Director of BESTMSLs, a contract MSL organization, where he brings medical and technology expertise to field organizations. He is also one of the founders of the physician recruiting firm DrCruiter.com.

    Michael has a passion for technology and gadgets, as well as his wife and two beautiful daughters, Ava and Jordan.

    He was selected as one of the “Best Doctors in America” (as voted by his mother, Ilene Banks).
