  • Dr. Nicole de Paz is a first-year pediatric resident at Massachusetts General Hospital and a recent graduate of Harvard Medical School. Her interests include childhood obesity, early childhood development, and access to care for children in immigrant families and those with limited English proficiency. More broadly, Nicole is passionate about using advocacy to improve child health locally and at the state and national levels. She recently completed the American Academy of Pediatrics' Department of Federal Affairs internship and attended the annual AAP Legislative Conference in Washington, DC. Before medical school, she worked as an asthma educator and care coordinator for IMPACT DC, a clinical, research, and community outreach program designed to improve outcomes for children with asthma in Washington, D.C. Nicole graduated from Yale University in 2011 with a degree in Biology. She is a budding #tweetiatrician and tweets at @ncdepaz.
