    Molly is a first-year obstetrics and gynecology resident at UCSF. She has done research on quality improvement in healthcare and worked with medically underserved populations to improve access to care for those in need. She serves as a mentor for high school and undergraduate students who hope to pursue careers in medicine. She hopes to become a leader in the field of women’s health. In her free time, she is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys writing.

    Lisa Rosenfeld is a recent of Harvard Medical School who has just started her residency in psychiatry at MGH/McLean. Prior to medical school, Lisa spent three years working for the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, an independent global health research center at the University of Washington that provides rigorous and comparable measurement of the world's most important health problems and evaluates the strategies used to address them. During this time, she worked extensively on the Global Burden of Disease study, and earned her Master of Public Health in Global Health. Lisa has a longstanding interest in global health, and has worked in-country on health-related projects in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Tanzania, and the Philippines. She is also very interested in tackling the social and economic determinants of health, improving systems of care, increasing access to care, and effectively using innovative health IT.
